WHAT’S NEW ON THE A2 RESIDENTS WEBSITE
2007 STATUS Survey
You will shortly have received a reminder to complete the STATUS survey. This survey is written for us by the National Housing Federation and is the governments way of finding out how well we are doing. It's a compulsory survey that has to be done once every three years and the information we receive back from you will help us to measure how we perform compared to other housing associations.
This is also an opportunity for you to tell us about the service we offer. Are you satisfied with repairs? Are you satisfied with A2 as a landlord? Or is anti social behaviour or graffiti an issue where you live?
We really need your help with this survey, so to give you a bit of an added incentive to reply we are offering lots of lovely prizes!!!
Once you have filled in the survey, return it to us in the prepaid envelope and you will be automatically entered in to a prize draw to win one of the following prizes:
- 1 x £100 Cash
- 2 x £50 Cash
- 4 x £25 Marks & Spencer Vouchers
We plan to update you on our findings by early Spring 2008.
This STATUS survey is for tenants only, we are currently working on STATUS surveys for Care & Support and Home Ownership residents. These should be released in the first half of 2008.
If you have any queries about these surveys, or any others then please contact Kathryn Tutt on 0845 408 6725 or email surveys@a2hg.co.uk

Compliments from you the residents for A2
We are always pleased to hear when things are going right. Below are some compliments we have received from our residents:

| 'My wife and I would be most grateful if you would accept our heartfelt thanks for your efforts on our behalf to the two young ladies who went out of their way to deliver a garden hose to us both. It was very kind and thoughtful to do this for both of us'. | |
| Broome Lodge resident | 01 September 2007 |

| 'We had an ongoing problem with our fence. The way we were informed at all times was indeed very helpful and refreshing that the situation was at last resolved and that we felt someone cared.' | |
| Staines resident | 01 September 2007 |
| 'I am just phoning to say thank you for a very well thought out residents information pack, I think it is brilliant. May I suggest that the only thing that I think may be missing is help with furniture that residents want to either throw or give away, is there anywhere that A2 could supply storage for new tenants that move in and haven't got the money to buy furniture.' | |
| Stanwell resident | 01 September 2007 |

Staff Recognition Scheme
Do you feel a member of A2 HG deserves to be awarded for their hard work? Has someone gone the extra mile for you?
Click here for more information about the recognition scheme
A2 promotes a Reward and Recognition Scheme under which staff, individually or as a team, can receive an award for exceptional performance in line with our CHOICE values. Until now, the scheme has only been promoted internally to staff, enabling staff to nominate colleagues where deserved. At the request of board members, the scheme is being extended to enable residents and board members to make a nomination where they feel a member of staff has 'gone the extra mile'.
