The Housing Corporation asks that registered social landlords undertake a survey of its residents to ascertain their views on services supplied by their landlord. The survey should be conducted at least once every three years. A2 last conducted the STATUS survey in 2005.
The survey asks some questions that are required for regulatory purposes and theses questions include: percentage of residents satisfied with opportunities for participation, percentage of residents satisfied with the landlords’ services, percentage of residents satisfied about their views being taken into account.
The survey will also ask residents about what their priorities are i.e. is anti-social behaviour a priority, or is repairs the main issues? Maybe it’s keeping the estate clean and rubbish free. The results from the survey will allow A2 to focus its service according to the residents’ priorities.
It is essential that as many residents as possible respond to this survey so we can tailor our service to suite their needs.
The survey will be sent out to residents (except shared owners and leaseholders) via post in early November.
